Allison Mattison created Trellis Home from her love of creating beautiful, colorful and happy homes. The homes she designs are classic, but colorful and always family forward. She loves mixing “new” with “old” and creating vibrant spaces that reflect individual personalities. Her clients include busy families and executives who want their homes to be both beautiful AND livable, something she relates to as the mother of two children under the age of 10.
Not even the tiniest space is neglected from a wash of vibrant paint or swathe of wallpaper. This attention to detail comes from her former life as a Fashion buyer (hello merchandising!) and, of course, like many designers, world travel. 
Given the amount of time we are all spending at home, Trellis Home has never been busier. Trellis has projects everywhere in the South Shore towns of Hingham, Cohasset, Norwell and Scituate, as well as the greater Boston area including Wellesley, Dedham, Weston, and Chestnut Hill. Let's not forget about vacation destinations like Chatham, Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard (summer is coming!)
Trellis Home is a full time working studio, but also a destination "shop" open to the public. The showroom is filled with some of Allison's favorite design pieces, a highly edited and curated selection of home furnishings and accessories.
The Design Shop in historic Hingham Square is open Tuesday-Friday 10-5 and Saturday 10-4.
